A&O Shearman represents Liberty Global and VodafoneZiggo on sale of mobile tower infrastructure to consortium

As demand for data continues to rise, scaled tower platforms are becoming an increasingly important part of the infrastructure that keeps Europe connected. This transaction will create a new independent tower platform with more than 6,600 sites across the Netherlands and Belgium. 

The cross-border A&O Shearman team was led by partners Justin Steer and Andrew Kenning and consisted of senior associate Baris Koca, associates Isabel Rutten and Eleni van Nijf from Amsterdam, together with senior associate Joseph Lyons and associate Katherine James from London.
