He advises large corporates on strategic takeovers, joint ventures and divestments, as well as private equity firms on complex investments. In 2023-2024 he was seconded to the firm’s London office, supporting cross border M&A and private equity mandates globally. Baris joined the firm in 2017 and studied law at Leiden University and Tsinghua University (Beijing).
