Mirte specialises in employment law.
She advises clients on a broad range of employment matters, including executive compensation and departures, compliance and works council matters. She has experience in remuneration and incentives matters within financial enterprises and both private and listed companies and advises clients from both a regulatory and corporate perspective. In addition to her employment work, she has experience in general financial regulatory law, advising financial institutions on matters relating to setting up structures, market entrance requirements, market conduct and compliance.
