Mirte Miltenburg


Mirte specialises in employment law. 
She advises clients on a broad range of employment matters, including executive compensation and departures, compliance and works council matters. She has experience in remuneration and incentives matters within financial enterprises and both private and listed companies and advises clients from both a regulatory and corporate perspective. In addition to her employment work, she has experience in general financial regulatory law, advising financial institutions on matters relating to setting up structures, market entrance requirements, market conduct and compliance.


Pro bono

Advising the Amsterdam Contact Centre for Discrimination (Meldpunt Discriminatie Amsterdam) on discrimination cases for the Netherlands Institute for Human Rights (College voor de Rechten van de Mens).

Being a One Young World Ambassador and participating in the One Young World Summit 2023.
