Marjet specializes in real estate law and has experience in a wide variety of real estate and project development related matters, including sale and lease back transactions, construction and maintenance agreements, development (management) agreements, lease agreements and (turnkey) sale and purchase agreements. 

She has acted for property developers, owners, investors, consultants and lenders.

In 2022, Marjet went on a six-month secondment to HyCC B.V., a company focusing on the production of green hydrogen to decarbonize industries. Building on her 2023 / 2024 secondment to the firm’s Johannesburg office Marjet regularly works on projects in the energy and infrastructure sector.

Marjet joined the Projects & Real Estate team of the firm in Amsterdam in April 2017. In June 2022 Marjet graduated cum laude from the Grotius specialization track for property law. She is a member of the Dutch Bar Association.
