A&O Shearman continues to expand Antitrust offering with partner addition in Washington, D.C.

Anna brings more than 20 years of antitrust experience in merger clearance, antitrust and consumer protection counseling, and civil and criminal antitrust litigation and investigation, including several years at the U.S. Federal Trade Commission investigating mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions with the Mergers 1 (Pharma) and 3 (Oil & Gas) units.

Her combination of government and private practice experience allows her to provide practical, strategic insights to clients navigating complex antitrust matters across a wide variety of industries, including key client verticals such as life sciences, technology, oil and gas, retail and consumer products, and industrial equipment.
