She regularly defends clients in proposed and consummated mergers before the DOJ Antitrust Division and FTC across healthcare, food products, petroleum, and technology, and has defended government price-fixing and bid-rigging allegations in transportation and construction materials. She also counsels technology companies in multi-jurisdictional civil conduct investigations.
Anna previously served as an attorney at the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, where she led in-depth oil and gas and pharmaceutical merger investigations from initial review through consent agreement and handled market manipulation enforcement. Her government-to-private-practice background has earned recognition as “Best in Antitrust/Competition” for the Americas (Euromoney Women in Business Law, 2022), “Next Generation Partner” nationally for six consecutive years (Legal 500 U.S., 2021–2026), “Leading Litigator” (Lawdragon, 2022–2026), and “Future Leader” in Competition (Who’s Who Legal, 2021–2026).
