Joe has experience advising companies, creditors, and other strategic parties on complex restructuring transactions and bankruptcy litigation.

His practice spans chapter 11 proceedings, out-of-court restructurings, liability management and financing transactions, debtor-in-possession financing, section 363 sales and other distressed M&A matters. He has advised on significant restructuring matters across a range of sectors, including healthcare, aviation, energy, transportation, infrastructure and digital assets.
