Advising Swiss Life Germany on acquisition of TELIS Group
A&O Shearman is advising Swiss Life Deutschland Holding GmbH (Swiss Life Germany) and its Swiss parent company, Swiss Life Holding AG, on the acquisition of TELIS Unternehmensgruppe.

With the acquisition of one of the leading financial advisory firms in Germany, Swiss Life Germany is significantly strengthening its market position and driving continued growth. TELIS Group, headquartered in Regensburg, ranks among the top five German financial services distributors, with approximately 1,800 licensed advisors and more than 350 employees at its head office. In 2025, TELIS Group generated total revenues in excess of EUR 200 million.

Closing of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to occur in the third quarter of 2026. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
