Jan advises international and domestic clients on the full spectrum of German individual and collective employment law, including complex separation proceedings involving senior executives and the negotiation of post-contractual restrictive covenants.

Another particular focus of his work includes the field of pensions, in which he advises on the design, implementation and restructuring of (company) pension schemes, de-risking strategies and their respective implications for M&A transactions.
