Dr Marcus Mackensen

Senior Associate

Marcus advises private equity sponsors and other international and domestic entities on a broad range of corporate transactions with a focus on private equity, private M&A and joint ventures.
His particular focus is on equity participation programmes for buy-out transactions, shareholder agreements for private equity sponsors as well as warranty and indemnity insurance. He is also responsible for the know-how of the German corporate group. He has deep experience in the laws of limited liability companies and partnerships.
