Dr Kathrin Haag

Senior Associate

Kathrin advises on all aspects of German and European competition law with a focus on merger control and dominance cases.

Kathrin further focuses on civil proceedings, cartel investigations and antitrust compliance. Her clients include companies in the big tech, circular economy, consumer products/retail, media and entertainment, private equity, and chemicals sectors.

In addition to her work for clients, Kathrin regularly publishes on EU and German antitrust issues. She holds a doctorate from the University of Bayreuth and previously worked at the antitrust practice of a leading German law firm.
