A&O Shearman represented the underwriters of Ring Energy, Inc.’s (NYSE American: REI) follow-on offering of approximately 44.4 million shares of common stock, resulting in gross proceeds to Ring Energy of approximately USD60 million.

Ring Energy is a Texas-based independent oil and natural gas exploration and production company, engaged in development, production, acquisition, and exploration activities primarily focused in the Permian Basin of Texas. Its drilling operations target oil and liquids rich producing formations in the Northwest Shelf and Central Basin Platform.

The A&O Shearman team was led by Capital Markets partner Michael Kim, together with associates Ilya Mamin, Joe Tambasco, and law clerk Ayako Naruke.
