A&O Shearman hires corporate partner Steven Tyndall in Austin, Texas

A&O Shearman today announced that Steven (Steve) Tyndall has joined as a partner in its M&A and Private Equity practice in Austin, Texas, significantly strengthening the firm's on-the-ground transactional capabilities in one of the fastest-growing legal markets in the United States and furthering its strategic investment in the Texas platform.

Steve joins from Morrison Foerster and has over 27 years of experience in corporate and securities law, advising established and emerging companies on financings, public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets, and corporate governance. His practice spans priority sectors including technology, life sciences, medical devices, healthcare technology, and energy-related industries.
