A&O Shearman has advised Skanska on the sale of Studio A, the second phase of the Studio office complex in Warsaw, to Stena Real Estate AB. The transaction was valued at EUR159 million. 

With this deal, Stena Real Estate becomes the sole owner of the entire Studio office complex, following its acquisition of Studio B in 2024. 

Studio A comprises approximately 27,700 sqm of gross leasable area and represents one of the most technologically advanced and sustainable office buildings in Warsaw. The property is located on Prosta Street, adjacent to the Norblin Factory complex. 

The A&O Shearman team was led by Piotr Przybylski and Katarzyna Fus-Starzec, with support from Aleksander Tarasiewicz and Marcin Ziarkowski. The transaction was supervised by Michał Matera.
