Piotr advises on a wide range of real estate, corporate and finance matters. He has assisted domestic and international investors on all aspects of real estate, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, leasing and financing projects for all asset classes including office, logistics, industrial, private rented sector purpose-built student accommodation and retail.
He is also experienced in advising insurance companies issuing title and R&W insurance policies in relation to real estate, and in day-to-day matters involving commercial, administrative and civil law matters.

Blackbrook Capital on the acquisition of a large single-tenant logistics facility located in Pozna? from GLL Real Estate Partners (a Macquarie Group company).

Blackbrook Capital on the acquisition and development of a 45,000 sqm Class-A logistics facility in Western Poland, located near Pozna?.

A global retail company on the sale of its business in Poland to Salling Group A/S. The transaction included the sale of over 300 stores and associated distribution centres and the head office.

FLE on several transactions, including the acquisition and leaseback of a portfolio of five wholesale METRO Cash & Carry stores from Metro Properties in CEE, the acquisition of the Rockwell Automation facility in Katowice from Avivi, the acquisition of Kopernik Office Buildings from DWS, the lease-back of a warehouse and light production facility in Natolin.

LaSalle Investment Management KVG on the acquisition of a portfolio of logistics properties located in Warsaw from the joint venture of Marvipol and Panattoni.

Ghelamco on the sale of its Wo?oska 24 office building in Warsaw to ZFP Investments.

AEW on the sale of a prime logistics park portfolio in Poland with a total area of 208,992 sqm to Polish Logistics LLP, an investment vehicle established by iO Asset Management and REINO Capital.
