Katarzyna is an experienced lawyer who specialises in real estate projects, both in the commercial and residential sectors.
She advises clients on various aspects of real estate transactions, such as conducting due diligence reviews, drafting and negotiating lease and tenancy contracts, and handling sale and acquisition deals. She also has expertise in real estate financing, zoning and planning, and property management. Katarzyna works closely with developers, investors, landlords and other stakeholders to achieve their objectives and protect their interests.

Echo Investment on the sale of three office buildings being a part of its mixed-use Fuzja revitalisation project in Łódź to German investment manager KGAL Group for approximately EUR56.4m.

Echo Investment on a EUR152.3m sale of the Malthouse Offices, part of the Warsaw Brewery complex, to Deka Immobilien.

Mapletree, a Singaporean investment fund, in relation to the EUR440m acquisition of a portfolio of office buildings located, among others, in Poland (West Station Office Building in Warsaw) and Germany.

7R on the sale to P3 of two logistics facilities located in Szczecin and Łódź.

A real estate investment trust company and its partner on the sale of assets in Central and Eastern Europe for approximately EUR1bn to GLP. The transaction includes properties located in Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia.
