He focuses on various aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and divestments, sale and lease-back, joint ventures, construction contracts and asset management. He is an expert in real estate aspects of financing, restructuring and insolvency projects. He is recognised as a leading real estate lawyer in Poland.

Representative matters

Blackbrook Capital, a European independent real estate investment firm focusing on mission-critical supply chain assets, on the acquisition and development of a 45,000 sqm Class-A logistics facility in Western Poland, located near Poznan, one of the core logistics markets in Poland.

Goodman Group on the sale to GLP of assets in Central and Eastern Europe for approximately EUR1bn. The transaction includes properties located in Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

FLE GmbH on its Polish acquisitions, including the acquisition of the Brama Portowa office complex in Szczecin from Vastint, Metro retail portfolio, and the Kopernik office park in Warsaw from DWS.

AEW on the sale of a prime logistics park portfolio in Poland to Polish Logistics LLP, an investment vehicle established by iO Asset Management and REINO Capital.
