A&O Shearman represented the initial purchasers in connection with Rede D’Or Finance’s offering of USD500 million 6.550% notes due 2036, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by the Brazilian healthcare company Rede D’Or São Luiz S.A.

Rede D’Or intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including capital expenditures, liquidity increase, and debt repayment.
