His practice includes domestic and international transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, fund investments and structuring, and capital markets.
Before joining the firm, Edgardo practiced at a Big Four accounting firm, where he advised private equity firms, hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds, and other financial sector clients on U.S. inbound and outbound international tax matters. His experience also includes tax consulting, private wealth planning, and tax controversy and litigation matters in Mexico.
