A&O Shearman advises lenders on Phoenix Tower International’s USD6.5 billion multi-jurisdiction financing

The transaction reflects the continued growth and strategic ambition of PTI, a leading independent telecommunications infrastructure group with operations across the United States, Latin America, the Caribbean and Europe. It comprises USD5.365bn equivalent term loan facilities, USD635m equivalent delayed draw term loan facilities and a USD500m revolving credit facility, and spans all of PTI’s 23 jurisdictions. The financing consolidates PTI’s existing loans, on which A&O Shearman had also advised the relevant lenders, and provides significant additional capacity to support PTI's ongoing expansion and infrastructure investment across its global portfolio.
