The lenders supporting KKR’s financing Global Technical Realty's investment in a build-to-suit and roll-up acquisition data center in London GB One.

The arrangers and underwriters in connection with the proposed acquisition by GIP and KKR led consortium of a stake in Vantage Towers AG, a leading telecoms tower company in Europe.

The arrangers on the acquisition, refinancing and backstop facilities made available to finance KKR’s recommended offer to acquire ContourGlobal plc, a British power generation business owning 138 power plants in the Americas, Africa and Europe, split between its thermal and renewables divisions.

The lenders on the holdco financing for KKR’s acquisition of a 30% minority stake in a company established to hold the Norwegian passive fibre assets of a telecommunications services provider.
