Leonie has experience in a broad range of cross border leveraged finance transactions, with a focus on acquisition finance and advising lenders on the crossover of leveraged and infrastructure finance transactions (including digital infrastructure and energy assets). She also has experience advising across the capital structure on senior and subordinated financing structures, including on private credit leveraged finance transactions. She is dual qualified in England and Wales and Germany.
