Magdalena Nasilowska: Magdalena acts for both public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity transactions. She advises clients in commercial and corporate governance-related matters and has a wealth of experience in coordinating projects covering a broad range of integrated services, including post-merger integration, supply chain transformation and general corporate structuring. In her practice, Magdalena focuses on developing the Tech M&A practice and advises leading global clients in the defense sector in Poland.

Agnieszka Kolasinska-Czerwinska: Agnieszka has extensive experience of advising clients on antitrust compliance and managing dawn raids, as well as advising on merger control, foreign investment and foreign subsidies issues before the European Commission and the Polish Competition Authority. She has also supported global antitrust practice at A&O Shearman in ongoing antitrust and merger control projects in various jurisdictions and in developing know-how resources.
