Konrad is a specialist in banking and finance law, with a focus on project finance, acquisition finance and leveraged finance.

He advises borrowers, banks and financial institutions on complex and high-value transactions in various sectors, including energy and infrastructure, both in Poland and internationally.

Konrad has also a strong track record in restructuring and refinancing transactions, where he has helped clients structure optimal financing solutions and mitigate risks.

Enea S.A. on a PLN2.5bn sustainability-linked facility granted by consortium of five banks.

Santander Bank Polska on a PLN1bn credit facility granted to Allegro Group.

Clip Logistyka on a EUR140m credit facility granted by a consortium of three banks.

A consortium of seventeen banks on a PLN5.5bn (EUR1.23bn) credit facility to Allegro Group.
