Most financings involve mixes of fixed and floating rate loans. Zeeger has lectured on project finance at Leiden University, Utrecht University and Amsterdam University (VU).

  • Project Financing and General Development: Datacenters, fiber, on- and off-shore wind farms, battery storage, EV charging companies, carbon capture utilization and storage (CCUS), sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), Defense assets, terminal business, harbor assets, solar, electricity plants, nuclear, Small Modular Reactors (SMRs), green lending, hydrogen, biogas, biofuels, heat business, cashflow-based acquisitions and general secured lending.
  • Property Financing: Real estate developments and investments, including logistics and hotels.
  • Infrastructure Mergers & Acquisitions: both individual and portfolio companies and both investment and divestments.
