Yasmine’s expertise lies in debt financing, with a particular focus on leveraged finance, acquisition finance and private equity-backed acquisitions.
Yasmine regularly advises both sponsors and lenders, leading investment funds, major French and international financial institutions, debt funds (senior or subordinated), as well as large corporates. She has been involved in transactions on both a domestic and international level representing lenders at all levels of the capital structure (senior TLB, first lien / second lien, unitranche, mezzanine and PIK debt).

  • Alstom on the financing of the acquisition of Bombardier Transportation and on the additional EUR1.75bn revolving credit facility. (previous firm experience).
  • Aema Groupe, a leading French mutual insurer formed through the combination of Macif Group and Aesio Mutuelle, on the financing aspects of the EUR3.2bn acquisition of Aviva France from Aviva group. (previous firm experience).
  • The banking syndicate on the EUR830m debt financing for the acquisition by SK Capital of a majority shareholding in Seqens, a French based leader in pharmaceuticals and specialty chemicals. (previous firm experience).
  • The Lenders on a sustainability-linked revolving credit facility for Vestiaire Collective, the leading global app for desirable pre-loved fashion. The facility is the first sustainability-linked financing set up on the French unicorn market. (previous firm experience).
  • A multinational investment company and a multinational financial institution on the unitranche financing of the acquisition of Solabia (Société la Biochimie Appliquée) by Solabia Développement controlled by TA Associates. (previous firm experience).
  • EP Equity Investment Ill s.a r.l. on the signing of a lock-up agreement relating to Casino Group's financial restructuring and recapitalisation, alongside Fimalac and Attestor, with Casino Group and some of its main creditors. (previous firm experience).
