A&O Shearman advised a banking syndicate in connection with the refinancing of the term loans and revolving credit facility of 74Software, an international enterprise software publisher. 

The transaction refinanced the group’s existing bank debt, consisting of a EUR120 million revolving credit facility and two term loans of EUR80m and EUR120m, respectively, maturing between 2027 and 2029. 

The refinancing established a new EUR180m revolving credit facility due in 2031, with two extension options, alongside a new EUR230m amortizing term loan also due in 2031.
