Thomas is involved in all areas of new digital law, personal data protection and cybersecurity. 

Thomas advises international companies across various sectors on their complex IT projects, including those involving the use of artificial intelligence. He is involved in the negotiation and conclusion of IT services agreements such as cloud services, development, integration and maintenance services.

He is also involved in cybersecurity, data protection and data exploitation, both for companies' compliance with EU and French regulations, and for the management of cyber incidents, data subject complaints and relations with regulators and business partners.

Thomas also supports the firm's clients in their M&A projects, during the IT, Data & Cyber audit phase, and in drafting and negotiating transitional services agreements.

  • Advising WEConnect International regarding the legal aspects of supporting inclusion within the EU with a team based in Paris, Brussels and Singapore.
