Taddeo advises creditors in the financial sector, including banks and investment funds, on distressed asset transactions, court-supervised restructurings, and bankruptcy proceedings.

He has experience in representing financial institutions with exposure across numerous industries, including technology, infrastructure, energy, chemicals, trade, and aviation, in both out-of-court restructurings and insolvency proceedings.

Taddeo is an attorney-at-law and a licenced restructuring advisor. As a regular contributor to law journals and books, Taddeo publishes papers on transactional aspects of banking law, restructuring and bankruptcy.

  • A leading global glass manufacturer engaged in restructuring proceedings related to a counterparty with total liabilities of several hundred million euros.
  • One of France’s largest commercial banks on the establishment and settlement of a financial guarantee valued at several hundred million euros.
  • A US investment fund on the cross border restructuring of the financing of a commercial aircraft fleet.

  • Building a long-lasting relationship and regularly co-launching projects with a Polish charity whose mission is to counter the social exclusion of children and provide them with a sense of security and confidence in their potential.
