Laura has acted for lead managers, arrangers and issuers in relation to bonds issued by financial institutions, corporates and sovereigns. Laura's practice has a particular emphasis on the raising of regulatory capital.

Laura has spent time on secondment in a transaction management team at an international investment bank as well as internally in the knowledge team at A&O Shearman.
