Imane advises a broad range of clients, including financial institutions and fintech companies, on complex regulatory matters spanning the breadth of the UK regulatory perimeter.
Imane’s experience encompasses licensing and authorisation matters, advice on crypto-asset regulation, as well as providing ongoing regulatory compliance and AML/financial crime advice to clients operating across the financial services sector. Imane has also been actively involved in cross-border merger and acquisitions transactions involving UK regulated entities.
