Eleanor works in numerous jurisdictions and extensive knowledge of the Middle East and Africa having been previously based in Dubai. She is a project development specialist and an expert in all aspects of construction, fuel supply, offtake, operation & maintenance, shareholder arrangements and other commercial contracts.
