Aigul's practice focuses on project finance, project development and mergers & acquisitions in connection with infrastructure and energy projects around the globe.
Aigul represents lenders, sponsors, financial institutions and other project participants in connection with domestic and international project finance transactions, including wind, solar, biomass, biofuels and hydroelectric energy projects. As part of her practice, Aigul has been on secondment at The Carlyle Group, where she worked closely with the investment teams in executing cross border mergers & acquisitions across a number of infrastructure and energy projects funds at Carlyle. Aigul is also a fellow at the Economic Club of New York.
