Our capital markets team represented the underwriters in connection with registered public offerings by Magna International of EUR575m aggregate principal amount of its 3.625% Senior Notes due 2031 and USD400m aggregate principal amount of its 5.875% Senior Notes due 2035. Both offerings were conducted under the U.S.-Canada multijurisdictional disclosure system.
