A&O Shearman represents initial purchasers on Tecpetrol’s USD450 million bond reopening

A&O Shearman represented the initial purchasers in connection with Tecpetrol S.A.’s USD450m reopening of its 7.625% Notes due 2033, which will form a single series with the USD400m notes issued on January 22, 2025.

Tecpetrol is a leading participant in the oil and gas market in Argentina and the main shale gas operator in the Vaca Muerta formation in the Neuquina basin, one of the largest shale areas in the world. Tecpetrol is a member of the Techint Group, which includes operating companies around the world involved in the production of steel tubes, flat steel products, engineering, construction and project management services, oil and gas, and other services and manufacturing operations.
