A&O Shearman represents CSW Industrials in USD650 million acquisition of Motors & Armatures Parts

A&O Shearman is representing CSW Industrials, Inc. in its USD650m acquisition of Motors & Armatures Parts, a portfolio company of Platinum Equity. The transaction, announced on October 1, 2025 in a press release, includes an earn-out valued at up to USD20m based on the achievement of revenue targets in the year after closing.

CSWI, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, is a diversified industrial growth company with industry-leading operations in three segments: contractor solutions, specialized reliability solutions, and engineered building solutions. In March, A&O Shearman represented CSW Industrials in its USD313.5m acquisition of Aspen Manufacturing.
