Bobby advises US and international public and private companies and private equity firms on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate matters including corporate governance, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts, spin-offs, tender offers and venture capital.

Bobby focuses on a broad range of industries including technology, manufacturing, financial services, consumer products and energy and has led transactions with an aggregate value in excess of USD200 billion.

His clients include companies such as SAP SE, Texas Instruments, CSW Industrials, Sunoco LP and LPL Financial and private equity firms such as J.F. Lehman and New Mountain Capital.

Bobby serves as the Vice Chair of the M&A Section of the Dallas Bar Association and on the DFW Board of Directors of the Texas General Counsel Forum, and has been recognized by Chambers USA and other industry publications as a leading M&A practitioner.

  • SAP in its acquisition of Qualtrics International for USD8 billion, in Qualtrics’ initial public offering raising USD1.55 billion and concurrent USD670 million private placements, and in its subsequent USD12.5 billion sale of Qualtrics to Silver Lake; and Qualtrics in its acquisition of Clarabridge for USD1.125 billion.
  • Texas Instruments in its acquisition of the Lehi, Utah semiconductor manufacturing facility from Micron Technology and the sale of its Greenock, Scotland semiconductor manufacturing facility to Diodes Incorporated.
  • J.F. Lehman & Co. in its acquisitions of Heritage-Crystal Clean, BEI Systems, Northstar Group Services, Lone Star Disposal and various others.
