Bobby focuses on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate matters for public and private companies and private equity firms.
Bobby also helps clients with joint ventures, corporate governance, venture capital investments, spin-offs, tender offers and the day-to-day legal aspects of their businesses. Bobby has represented and advised national and international clients from industries such as technology, financial services, aviation, defense, energy, industrials, healthcare, telecommunications, consumer products, real estate and software.


Representative matters

SAP in its acquisition of Qualtrics International for $8 billion, in Qualtrics’ initial public offering raising $1.55 billion and concurrent $670 million private placements, and in its subsequent $12.5 billion sale of Qualtrics to Silver Lake; and Qualtrics in its acquisition of Clarabridge for $1.125 billion

Texas Instruments in its acquisition of the Lehi, Utah semiconductor manufacturing facility from Micron Technology and the sale of its Greenock, Scotland semiconductor manufacturing facility to Diodes Incorporated

J.F. Lehman & Co. in its acquisitions of Heritage-Crystal Clean, BEI Systems, Northstar Group Services, Lone Star Disposal and various others

Hitachi, Ltd. in its acquisition of GlobalLogic Inc. for an enterprise value of $9.5 billion
