Bertrand advises clients on technology transactions, covering matters such as commercial contracts, intellectual property, artificial intelligence, data privacy, cybersecurity, and information technology.

Bertrand advises clients across all transaction types and sizes, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments (e.g., Series A – E), and standalone commercial projects. He also assists clients in a more advisory capacity, including advising on the increasingly complex artificial intelligence regulatory landscape in the United States.

Bertrand also has experience of advising clients in a wide range of sectors, such as sports, gaming, and financial institutions.

Bertrand works with colleagues across the global network and previously spent three years in the London office.
