A&O Shearman represents Argentina’s Province of Cordoba on its USD800 million bond offering and tender offer
A&O Shearman represented Argentina’s Province of Cordoba in connection with its offering of USD800 million 8.600% Notes due 2035 and concurrent tender offer for its U.S. Dollar Step-Up Notes due 2027.

The Province of Cordoba intends to use the proceeds from the sale of the notes for the repurchase of the U.S. Dollar Step-Up Notes due 2027, and the remainder to finance infrastructure projects or repay existing liabilities.

In 2025, A&O Shearman advised the Province of Cordoba in connection with its offering of USD750m notes and in January 2026, advised the Republic of Chile in connection with its EUR/USD dual currency bond offerings, including a new biodiversity key performance indicator.
