A&O Shearman guides Circet USA on its acquisition of Gemini Communications and its subsidiaries 
A&O Shearman is advising Circet USA in connection with its recently announced pending acquisition of Gemini Communications and its subsidiaries Blue Streak Telecommunications and Cable Connections & Utilities (CCU).

Circet USA is a subsidiary of Circet, Europe’s largest provider and a leading global provider of network infrastructure services, with operations in 12 countries across Europe, North Africa, and North America. Circet delivers tailored services including the design, engineering, construction, and maintenance of telecommunications networks and data centers.

Gemini, Blue Streak and CCU are Florida-based companies specializing in construction, maintenance, repair, and event-related restoration services for fiber and broadband telecommunications infrastructure, serving major carriers and network operators in 26 locations across the southeastern U.S.
