A&O Shearman advises the Jacky Perrenot group on the acquisition of the Vos Logistics group
A&O Shearman is advising Jacky Perrenot group, a French leader in road transport and logistics, in connection with its entry into exclusive negotiations for the acquisition of Dutch group Vos Logistics.

Following acquisitions of Spanish group Tamdis in 2022 and ArrowXL in the UK in June 2025, this transaction reflects the Group’s determination to strengthen its position among Europe’s leading transport and logistics players.

The combined entity would represent around EUR1.7 billion in annual revenue, supported by over 12,000 employees across Europe. It would strengthen geographic coverage, the performance and flexibility of logistics operations, and the range of integrated solutions offered to manufacturers, retailers, healthcare, construction and e-commerce clients throughout the European continent.

“This acquisition would mark a significant step in the consolidation of the European logistics market.”

Marc Castagnède and Jules Lecoeur, partners at A&O Shearman, said: “This acquisition would mark a significant step in the consolidation of the European logistics market, at a time of profound operational, technological, and environmental change. We are delighted to support the Jacky Perrenot group in this ambitious project, which is fully aligned with its growth plan and its ambition to build a European leader in sustainable transport and logistics.”

The transaction remains subject to clearance by the relevant merger control and foreign investment authorities.
