Jules focuses on domestic and cross-border private equity transactions, particularly leveraged buyouts, where he advises private capital investors on a wide range of transactional matters including majority and minority acquisitions, disposals, co-investments, add-ons and management packages.
Jules also advises private corporates on local and international M&A transactions.

Representative matters

Florac on the acquisition of a minority stake in the Labelys group, a European leader in the design, printing, and marketing of self-adhesive labels.

Bpifrance and Mubadala Investment Company on the acquisition of a minority stake in the Socotec group, a leading provider of services for the sustainability of buildings and infrastructure.

PAI Partners on the acquisition of a majority stake in Infra Group, a leading European player in infrastructure services.     

Weinberg Capital Partners on the acquisition of a majority stake in Financière Arbevel, a French asset management company.    

Cathay Capital and Bpifrance on the sale of their interests in the NeoXam group, a provider of software for financial institutions.    

Providence Equity Partners on the acquisition of a majority interest in the Airties group, a leading provider of Wi-Fi solutions.      

Andera Partners on the acquisition of a majority stake in the ERI group, a French specialist in multi-technical building and infrastructure services.  

Weinberg Capital Partners on the acquisition of a majority stake in the Vertical Sea group, a French engineering, consulting and project management group.

Speaking Engagements

  • Since 2019, Jules has been a lecturer on M&A transactions for the LL.M in International Business Law at Panthéon-Assas Paris II University.
