A&O Shearman advises Sygnity on acquisition of Comarch HIS
A&O Shearman advised Sygnity S.A. on its acquisition of Comarch HIS sp. z o.o. from Comarch S.A., a company backed by CVC Capital Partners. The transaction represents a notable step in the digitalization of healthcare services in Poland and will enable Sygnity to enhance its offering and scale solutions to meet the rising demand for interoperable, patient-centric hospital systems.
