He guides them through complex issues such as contract negotiation and termination, remuneration regulations, restructuring and redundancy, internal policies and compliance, and business transfers. He also defends their interests in labour disputes and assists with immigration procedures for foreign workers.

Sumo Group on employment law aspects of its acquisition of PixelAnt Games. This is Sumo Digital’s tenth gaming studio and the first in continental Europe, with the studio being based in Wrocław, Poland.
