A&O Shearman advises Mutares on the divestment of ReloBus to Infracapital

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in Q2 2026.

ReloBus operates an extensive network of public bus transport services across Poland and plays a key role in regional mobility infrastructure. The transaction represents a significant milestone for Mutares and supports Infracapital’s continued investment in essential infrastructure assets across Europe.

The A&O Shearman team was led by counsel Piotr Szczeciński and supervised by partner Magdalena Nasiłowska.
