She is one of the most renowned lawyers on the Warsaw market advising banks, borrowers and sponsors on the most complex, cross-border, pan-European real estate finance deals. She focuses mainly on real estate finance and leverage finance transactions. Anna is also one of the few Polish lawyers advising on private debt and unitranche financings. She led one of the largest transactions in the area of private debt in Poland in recent years.

A club of lenders on a landmark transaction involving a EUR863.5m financing for BalticHub sp. z o.o. (previously operating under the name DCT sp. z o.o.) in relation to, among others, the construction of Terminal 3 of the deep water container terminal in Gdańsk.
