A&O Shearman represented The Bank of Nova Scotia in connection with its registered offering of USD300 million aggregate principal amount of Floating Rate Senior Medium-Term Notes due 2030; USD1.35bn aggregate principal amount of 4.247% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Senior Medium-Term Notes due 2030; and USD1.1m aggregate principal amount of 4.813% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Senior Medium-Term Notes due 2034 under its U.S. Senior Medium-Term Notes Program.
