  • Primary counsel in an Article 78 challenge on behalf of an incarcerated individual unlawfully denied parole in New York; briefed and argued in court.
  • Represented an Ecuadorian asylum-seeker in removal proceedings through full merits hearing before the New York Immigration Court.
