Leanne advises on both contentious and non-contentious matters, including Employment Tribunal litigation involving whistleblowing, discrimination, unfair and wrongful dismissal, and breach of contract claims.

Leanne has experience advising on workplace investigations, drafting and negotiating contracts of employment and managing exits of senior executives.

Leanne also has experience of advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions including due diligence, disclosure exercises, the negotiation of warranties and indemnities, and works council information and consultation obligations in the context of multi-jurisdictional corporate transactions.

Working with Amicus on the Racial Justice Project which involved analysis relating to widespread racial injustice in jury trials in the US.

Working with Amicus in reviewing medical records for the purpose of mitigation for a death penalty trial.
