Juliette advises on a broad range of corporate transactions including private and public M&A, equity capital markets transactions, corporate governance and shareholder activism.

Juliette is a member of the relationship team for several of the firm’s listed company clients. She has also spent time on secondment to the New York office.

Juliette is involved in the firm’s inclusion initiatives and pro bono activities, and she featured on the Pro Bono Recognition List of England & Wales in 2024 and 2025.
